Thank you for your interest in Bakester Community-Supported Bread (CSB)! I make and deliver artisan breads to neighborhoods throughout Portland every week. I appreciate your support, and hope that you will spread the word to your friends and neighbors.

CSB? What’s that?

Similar to the structure of the Community-Supported Agriculture model, my CSB (community-supported bread) brings you sustainable, naturally leavened specialty bread loaves, made with organic flours and other local, organic ingredients, every week. The style of bread I bake requires a natural, slow fermentation process, and is best made in small batches made with lots of love by me.
